In part 4 of our series, we made some great progress getting the Kontakt player up and running on our Sonic. Things were not looking too good in our last post. The basic issue we ran into was related to the number of outputs in Kontakt vs. what is currently supporting in OAX. From what we learned from others there is an OAX fix coming to correct that. In the meantime, we are running Kontakt with fewer outputs (8 in our case) and so far we have been able to pick a few sounds and things appear to be working as expected.
